  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of receipt, to arrange an exchange or refund. Return postage and packaging is the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately personalised/custom items are not refundable unless they are faulty; I will do all I can to resolve any issues.  I am not responsible for return postage costs. See the full Returns Policy here.

  • Delivery starts from £1.95. Please see individual items for delivery prices. Orders are not tracked unless the tracked option is purchased. See more about delivery options here.

  • For custom calligraphy, I aim to create your items between 1 and 3 working days, then they’re sent by Royal Mail. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose however they are estimates only. See the Royal Mail website for more information.

    Larger orders may take longer to create so please contact me before placing an order if you need them by a certain date.

    Wedding invitations and printed stationery can take up to 6 weeks.

Semi-Custom and Bespoke Wedding Stationery

 
  • All of the options are listed in the Customisation Guide for you to choose from but if it all gets a bit too much then I’m happy to help. You can either send me an email or we can arrange a telephone or video call to go through everything, whether it’s about what paper colours will go well together or what wording would work best to match the rest of the wedding. I love taking about these things so please just get in touch.

  • Lots of wedding stationery can be ordered off-the shelf via the website shop. If you can’t see what you’re looking for, need help deciding or are looking for a Bespoke Service then start by completing this form.

  • If you wish to cancel your order then please contact me straight away. Cancellation fees are due based on the amount of work completed. Once the design has been sent to print then a refund is not possible. All of this information can be found in the Terms and Conditions that form the contract that is signed before booking.

  • You’ll be sent a digital proof of your stationery to help you visualise what it will look like but unfortunately it’s too costly and time-consuming to print only a sample. Please understand that any colours will be for illustration purposes only. If you’d like a sample of the paper types, colours and printing methods to get a feel for what they’ll be like then they can be purchased via the website.

  • Apart from large-scale signage such as welcome signs and seating plans, I only offer design with printing in order to maintain the integrity of my designs. None of my designs can be reproduced or adapted.

  • It will generally take between 4 and 6 weeks for your Semi-Custom wedding stationery to arrive (UK) from the time of ordering on the website. This is dependent on the timely responses of the client in providing feedback, answering questions and giving approval. You can view the timeline here. Bespoke stationery takes between 6 and 9 weeks.

  • Your printed stationery will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is usually 24 hours so it gets to you quickly. Your parcel will be tracked so you can keep an eye of every step of its journey. It will also be insured and a signature will be required once you receive it. Delivery is £20 per shipment and orders can be combined.

  • The cost of assembly is included in the price so everything will be assembled and sealed (the spare invites will be left open) and ready for you to take to apply postage and take to the post office.
